Looking for pet-friendly apartments in Wichita? Look no further than MacArthurs Lake Apartments! As one of the few pet-friendly communities, we proudly allow cats and dogs here. Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.

Our Pet Policy

• Our community allows dogs and cats.
• No more than two (2) pets per unit.
• We do not accept any of these breeds: American Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrid, or any mix of the above stated breeds. Please see the leasing office for additional breeds not allowed.

Pet Fees

• There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300.
• There is a monthly pet fee of $25 for 1 pet or $40 for 2 pets.
